TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to WonderHaus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how our podcast production services work, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to keep your show running smoothly.

By using our website, booking a call, purchasing services, or working with WonderHaus, you agree to these Terms.

Services

WonderHaus provides boutique podcast production and creative support services, including but not limited to:

  • Podcast launch support

  • Podcast transition support

  • Audio editing and mastering

  • Video editing

  • Show notes

  • Episode uploads and publishing support

  • Branded social media reels

  • Podcast consulting and strategy support

  • Branding-related creative assets


The specific services included depend on the package or agreement selected by the client.

Payment

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars.

One-time services, including launches and transitions, must be paid prior to the start of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly production services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

If payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the due date, WonderHaus reserves the right to pause work, delay delivery, suspend uploads, or restrict access to deliverables until payment has been received.

Promotions and Limited-Time Offers

From time to time, WonderHaus may offer promotional pricing or limited-time offers, including launch or transition incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions apply to qualified new clients only

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers

  • Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash value

  • WonderHaus reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice

No Long-Term Contracts

WonderHaus does not require long-term service contracts.

Clients may cancel recurring monthly services by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide requested files and materials promptly

  • Maintain backup copies of their own files

  • Respond to revision requests or approvals in a timely manner

  • Maintain ownership or licensing rights for all submitted content

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally


Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all content submitted to WonderHaus.

WonderHaus does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, or compliance review of podcast content.

Health and Wellness Content Disclaimer

Many WonderHaus clients operate within the health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or functional medicine industries.

WonderHaus acts solely as a creative and production service provider.

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Claims made within their content

  • Medical accuracy

  • Regulatory compliance

  • FTC compliance

  • HIPAA compliance

  • Licensing compliance

  • Advertising claims

  • Guest statements

  • Supplement or treatment claims


WonderHaus does not verify, fact-check, or medically review podcast content.

Turnaround Times

Most standard podcast episodes are delivered within approximately 48 hours after all required files and materials have been received.

Turnaround timelines may vary depending on:

  • Scope of work

  • Client responsiveness

  • Revision requests

  • Technical issues

  • Holidays

  • Third-party platform delays

  • File quality or formatting issues


WonderHaus will communicate proactively regarding any significant delays.

Revisions

Reasonable minor revisions directly related to the original request are included if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Additional revisions, extensive restructuring, repeated revisions, or revisions caused by inaccurate or incomplete client submissions may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the original materials they provide to WonderHaus.

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables created specifically for their podcast or brand.

Clients represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials, including but not limited to:

  • Audio recordings

  • Music

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Video clips

  • Guest interviews

  • Trademarks

  • Written materials


WonderHaus is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by client-submitted materials.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, WonderHaus may display completed work, show names, clips, logos, or related materials within portfolios, social media, or marketing materials.

Confidentiality

WonderHaus respects the confidentiality of unpublished episodes, business information, passwords, strategies, and private client communications.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential information unless:

  • Required by law

  • Authorized by the client

  • Necessary for service fulfillment

Third-Party Platforms

Podcast production and publishing may involve third-party tools and platforms, including hosting providers, social media platforms, recording tools, AI tools, scheduling platforms, and distribution services.

WonderHaus is not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, technical failures, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderHaus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost data

  • Audience decline

  • Missed publishing opportunities

  • Platform-related issues

  • Sponsorship losses

  • Business interruption


Maximum liability for any claim related to WonderHaus services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WonderHaus, its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Client-submitted content

  • Copyright infringement

  • Defamation claims

  • Regulatory violations

  • Medical or health-related claims

  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property

  • Client misuse of deliverables

Force Majeure

WonderHaus shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet outages

  • Software failures

  • Natural disasters

  • Illness

  • Labor shortages

  • Power outages

  • Government actions

  • Emergencies

  • Third-party platform failures

Communication Standards

WonderHaus values respectful, collaborative working relationships.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases involving:

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behavior

  • Discrimination

  • Abusive communication

  • Repeated boundary violations

Results Disclaimer

WonderHaus does not guarantee:

  • Audience growth

  • Revenue generation

  • Downloads

  • Rankings

  • Virality

  • Sponsorship opportunities

  • Business outcomes

Podcast performance depends on many factors outside of production services alone.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within California.

Updates to These Terms

WonderHaus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of WonderHaus services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
